# Importing Reviews

> Bring your existing reviews into Magnora from another review platform.

You worked hard to earn your reviews — you can absolutely bring them with you when moving to Magnora. There is no limit to how many imports you can run, regardless of your plan.

## Supported providers

You can import reviews directly from any of the following platforms:

* Judge.me
* Loox
* Okendo
* Power Reviews
* Reviews.io
* Shopify (Product Reviews)
* Stamped
* Yotpo

## How to import

  <Step title="Go to Reviews in your Magnora admin">
    Head to the [Reviews](https://app.magnora.io/reviews) section and click **Import**.

  <Step title="Select your previous provider">
    Choose your old review platform from the dropdown list.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Upload your export file">
    Upload the export file you received from your previous provider. Magnora will show you a preview of 3 reviews before completing the import. Any formatting issues will be flagged at this stage.

    <Note>
      Make sure dates in the file follow the ISO format `YYYY-MM-DD` to avoid errors.

  <Step title="Confirm the import">
    Click **Transfer reviews** to complete the import. Your reviews will appear in Magnora and verified buyers will be marked automatically.

## Not seeing your previous provider?

If your old platform isn't in the list, you can use our custom import template to bring your reviews over manually. [Contact support](mailto:support@magnora.io) and we'll send you the template and instructions.

## A note on acceptable content

When importing reviews, only upload real, genuine, unedited reviews collected from your actual customers. Magnora takes review authenticity seriously — fake or fabricated reviews violate our terms and may also violate consumer protection laws in your region.
