A one-time campaign is ideal if you’re just getting started with reviews and haven’t collected any yet, or if you moved from another provider and there was a gap where customers weren’t being sent requests. Magnora makes it easy to reach those past customers and start building your review count.

Sending a campaign via Magnora email

Head to your campaign flow builder to get started. Configure the trigger window (how far back you want to go), set your conditions, and launch.
Make sure your post-purchase flow is also turned on before running a campaign, so new orders continue to be handled automatically going forward.

Sending a campaign via an integration (e.g. Klaviyo)

If you’re using an integration to send messages, the process has an extra step — you need to set up and activate the flow on the integration side before launching from Magnora.
1

Set up the flow in your integration

Follow the guide for your integration (e.g. Klaviyo) to create the campaign flow and turn it on.
2

Update the action in your Magnora campaign flow

In your campaign flow builder, change the action from Send email from Magnora to Send event to [your integration]. Use the quick-add option at the bottom of the flow, then delete the old action to avoid double sending.
3

Check your conditions

By default, Magnora requires that customers are opted in to marketing before sending a campaign request. This is a legal requirement in many regions. Adjust this condition based on the rules that apply to your business.
4

Launch the campaign

Once your flow looks correct, launch the campaign from the flow builder.
Do not have both “Send email from Magnora” and “Send event to [integration]” active in the same flow at the same time — this will result in customers receiving duplicate messages.
